Jersey City based/NYC raised veteran rock group DAMN GLAD will release their 5th album celebrating 17 years together 19 new songs on 5/17/19. DG has endured line up changes over the years but what has remained a constant is the sound and chemistry of founding members singer/guitarist/songwriter, Matt Kurzban (a Woodstock local most of his life) and drummer, Jeff Baker. Now in 2019, DG is back with a new album and new lineup featuring old band mate, Robert Cuevas on 2nd guitar, backing vocals and good friend, Rik Cava on bass. DG is poised to make some noise.

INGREDIENTS: High energy and personality is DG’s formula for putting on a show worth mention. The driving guitars, infectious grooves and memorable melodies/harmonies distinguish their sound as a power trio keeping it real. No gimmicks. Just catchy, driving rock with attitude!

Their power and honesty shine through with songs ranging from tough grooving toe tappers, soulful ballads to dark melodic rockers.

DG has 4 previous albums to their credit; “Test Drive Happiness in 2016, “It’s Always Something” in 2013, “Not For Nothing” in 2009 and “And That’s That!” back in 2003. You can purchase/download all of their albums here, there and everywhere. DG has shared the stage with national acts while pounding the NYC/Brooklyn rock scene. Their music has been featured in indie films, reality shows and on various cable channels such as MTV & VH1.
