 David Arner is a long time proponent of innovative music and spontaneous composition.  His wide interests have encompassed the avant-garde, bird song, mythology, astrology, modern dance and silent film within his musical pursuits. 

He has 2 solo piano albums, plus 3 albums of the David Arner Trio with veteran improvisors Michael Bisio and Jay Rosen.  He has performed at The Stone, The Vision Festival, the Knitting Factory, the Whitney Museum and the EMPAC Theater in Troy, NY.

His 4-CD boxed set with Connie Crothers, Spontaneous Suites for Two Pianos, was named #1 Album of the year by Jazz Inside and  #2 Album of the year by Downbeat.

Björn Eriksson 

Björn Eriksson explores sounds, listens, records and makes different art and music for pieces, live performances, and occasionally also in installations. Likes to work in collaborative processes and has been involved in different international collaborative projects and initiatives like Tapegerm Collective, Sound Injury, Das Kleine Field Recordings Festival, Locus Sonus, Sobralasolas!, Avatar Orchestra Metaverse (AOM) as well as participating in different constellations and orchestras like MăAM and Great Learning Orchestra. Composed for ​Sw​edish N​ational ​R​adio SR/Elektroniskt and was invited to participate and present works at Pauline Oliveros International Conference on Deep Listening: Art/Science in 2013 and 2014. Björn also teaches courses in music production and sound engineering and sound art courses in north of Sweden where he resides. Björn is invited to the ​Ministry of Maåt’s ​CLAR residency in Kingston 
​as artist in residence and will be working on a sound choreographic work: We are Walking in Rooms and Corridors.

Al Margolis ( If,Bwana)​


— If, Bwana was begun on New Year’s day 1984 by Al Margolis, who was an activist in the 1980s American cassette underground through his cassette label Sound of Pig Music. He co-founded experimental music label Pogus Productions, which he continues to run. If, Bwana makes music that has swung between fairly spontaneous studio constructions and more process-oriented composition.
